I had some strawberries that were just too sour for munching on their own, so I decided to bake them into this bread. It came out yummy! (I did add a splash of milk to the recipe because the batter was too thick and dry seeming.) It was so good fresh from the oven, but still good the next day.
The strawberries and sugar combined into this sweet, sticky, crunchy yumminess on the outside crust of the bread.
And it was loaded with cinnamon and vanilla awesomeness (the vanilla was handmade by one of my sisters, a Christmas present I am still enjoying).
