Tuesday Love! Fabric

I love fabric. Just in case you couldn’t tell, I thought I would spell it out. I love the feel of fabric, I love the range of patterns and colors, I love the variety of types of fabrics (cotton, twill, silk, etc). There is seriously something for every taste or like or need. I thought this Tuesday I would share with you a few I have been coveting. Mind you, my list of fabric I want is longer than my arm, so this is just a small sampling.

In no particular order:

I love these arrows! It comes in this color and also orange. Across the Pond “The Banks”, designed by Michelle Engel Bencsko.

This says summer, old-fashioned, and comfortable time at home. Or at least that is what it says to me. I adore the whole “Nicey Jane” by Heather Bailey collection.

Petal Pusher from Miscellany Collection by Cloud 9This one (Petal Pusher from Miscellany Collection by Cloud 9) is organic, great colors, and nifty design. What more could you want?

Meet the Gang in Citrus Melon by Creative ThursdayI want this one by Creative Thursday in order to make a quilt for my son. There are other colorways, too. “Meet the Gang” in Citrus Melon by Creative Thursday.

Birch Forest by Michael Miller fabric From the "Backyard Baby" collection by Patty SlonigerI have a thing for trees, particularly Birch trees (check out my Tree Series sometime). This one is “Birch Forest” by Michael Miller fabric from the “Backyard Baby” collection by Patty Sloniger. Patty Sloniger won the Spoonflower Project Selvage  contest with this collection.

Amy Butler Full Moon Polka DotPolka dots rock, particularly these ones by Amy Butler.

Quilt Blocks by Ellen Luckett BakerRight now I wish I could cover everything in my house with fabric from the Quilt Blocks collection by Ellen Luckett Baker. I am not quite sure what it is about it– maybe the feeling that it is both old-fashioned and modern, all at the same time?– but I love this collection. These pillows by Jenny Bartoy Handmade Designs started it all. So I “blame” you, Jenny!

  1. The fabric wishlist is never ending! I made a quilt from the Backyard Baby line, not finished yet but I love it and hope the recipient does too!

  2. Ha ha, I was checking out your post to see what new fabrics I would discover that I might pine for too, and saw your note about my pillows. Thanks… and sorry! It was a pretty fun collection to work with. 🙂

Neat collection of prints. I love those Amy Butler dots and the Petal Pusher stuff too!
