I love fabric. Just in case you couldn’t tell, I thought I would spell it out. I love the feel of fabric, I love the range of patterns and colors, I love the variety of types of fabrics (cotton, twill, silk, etc). There is seriously something for every taste or like or need. I thought this Tuesday I would share with you a few I have been coveting. Mind you, my list of fabric I want is longer than my arm, so this is just a small sampling.
In no particular order:
I love these arrows! It comes in this color and also orange. Across the Pond “The Banks”, designed by Michelle Engel Bencsko.
This says summer, old-fashioned, and comfortable time at home. Or at least that is what it says to me. I adore the whole “Nicey Jane” by Heather Bailey collection.
I have a thing for trees, particularly Birch trees (check out my Tree Series sometime). This one is “Birch Forest” by Michael Miller fabric from the “Backyard Baby” collection by Patty Sloniger. Patty Sloniger won the Spoonflower Project Selvage contest with this collection.
Right now I wish I could cover everything in my house with fabric from the Quilt Blocks collection by Ellen Luckett Baker. I am not quite sure what it is about it– maybe the feeling that it is both old-fashioned and modern, all at the same time?– but I love this collection. These pillows by Jenny Bartoy Handmade Designs started it all. So I “blame” you, Jenny!
What about you? What fabrics are on your Want List?
